Our Warranty Coverage
Authorized Dealer Installation
Unger Powder Coating (UPC) warrants the ORIGINAL PURCHASER against defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use for all cabinet components. This warranty covers a period of five years from the date of installation and is non-transferable.
Weight Limitations
Avoid overfilling or placing excessive weight in hanging cabinets; upper cabinets are not designed to hold heavy items such as paint or engine parts. Large cabinets have a weight limit of 600 lbs.
Repair or Replacement
We offer repair or replacement of defective parts with a comparable product, at no cost, for materials covered under warranty.
Color Variations
Understand that color variances may occur due to material discontinuation or fading over time; we strive to provide the closest match possible.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover wear and tear on finishes, damages from neglect, accidents, chemical agents, mineral spirits, extreme temperature, or water damage.
Limited Liability
This warranty excludes liability for consequential damages.
